I like it, though I might not listen to it just sitting around.

Note that the beat from this song was sampled for Halsey's Hold Me Down (if you listen to her), although it shouldn't need saying that I much prefer it here.

^ That's really quite lovely, it feels so raw. I reminds me of something and I can't think what :P

This is the song which inspired Futurama's theme tune, it's very underappreciated.

I honestly thought it was going to build up to something bigger, then it finished. Definitely different to anything I've heard though.

Only heard today that he released a new album in November and I'm a mess after hearing it :skull:

^^ Catchy song. The melody is a cover of the band M83's song 'Midnight City' - check it out.

If I ever need to chill out and relax this is normally my song of choice, plus it has one of my favourite singers/vocalist in it which helps :)

I actually quite like that, the bassline is sooo spot on. It's crying out for a decent remix though.

Like this kinda style: (also I REALLY recommend this song)

I definitely like it better than Fight Song. This track makes me question my decision to immediately write her off as bland and repetitive—she has the potential to bring some radio bangers.

What's cool is that my rowing coach actually knew her in college, since they both went to Trinity. He heard her on the radio and texted her about it.

In any case, my recommendation is another downtempo track. You'll notice that most of my songs are great for a rainy spring/summer day.

Damien Rice is one of my favorite artists, because his songs just really hit me hard and I'm a big fan of his simpler and more somber style. I assumed a lot more people knew about his music but in health class we were all supposed to pick a song and connect it to either a positive or negative relationship. We then played the music videos for each of our songs in class. No one had heard of the song I chose (9 Crimes) or even Damien Rice, and they all seemed to like it until the music video weirded out my Health Teacher too much :P

I know it's suggest a song, but both of these are so good :)

Both of those songs are great but i normally listen to stuff that is a little more upbeat. The video for 9 crimes is a little strange though lol

Ooooh I like this; it's upbeat without being obnoxious. I'll have look into this band.

Since her new album just came out, I'm recommending the first song I heard from Låpsley. It sounds like a duet, but the male sounding voice is really just her own pitched down a bit. She made this song independently at age 17, and she's overall a pretty cool artist.

Tbh I loved how that was really chill, I'm really getting into that kind of music at the moment, though I was waiting for like a mini drop/breakdown or some subtle wubs or something.

Tbh one of my fave songs at the moment, I just listen to it so much.
