I finally got around to watching Inside Out. To be honest, the way a lot of people were really going on about it, I thought it would be more emotional than it was (the ending is emotional, ofc)

The first 3/4 of the film felt like disaster after disaster, and was a bit tiresome. Worth a watch though, and the concept is well thought out.

Put on one of my favourite, if not my favourite film Sucker Punch. There's just something so deep about this film that I love. Yeah from the trailer and cover it looks like it's nothing but eye candy all through the film but the truth to it is that it's extremely dark. The sound track not to mention is amazing and I won't deny it. It's not often I cry but this film just breaks me. I just wish they added in the deleted ending since it helped people understand the ending and pretty much completes the film. Nevertheless it's a dark psychological film which I love and call me bias but I'd say if you get the film then you'd agree it's an easy 8.5-9/10.

I watched two movies last saturday night, The Conjuring and Misery both okay horror movies, but one was definitely better than the other.

The Conjuring: typical american horror movie. Nothing too special, acting wasn't amazing but I mean it wasn't bad. Not overly scary, but still had some decent jumps and whatnot. The plot was pretty engrossing though, and although some parts were predictable, I still enjoyed the movie. So all in all not an amazing movie, but still an enjoyable horror movie, good one to ease a friend into horror movies who isn't used to them. 5.5/10

Misery: definitely deserving of the acclaim it's received. Has pretty spot on acting, very intriguing plot, pretty brutal scenes, and is a very different kind of horror movie. It's not over-the-top horrifying, but it really grasps psychological horror and is a great creepy and atmospheric movie. It isn't a get together with your friends sort of horror movie tho, honestly better to watch with 1-2 people or just by yourself. Great creepy, interesting, and intriguing movie, probably one of my favorites. 9/10

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 2. It was better than part 1, imo.

I watched Zootopia this past Saturday with a friend and it was awesome, if you liked the movie inside out you'll like this one.

I just saw Zootopia, and I thought it was good. While, similar to Inside Out, it's getting overhyped to a point of insanity ("Zootopia excels on so many levels that it stands with the finest of the Disney classics."), it was still fun, and was a lot more clever than I expected. The characters are likable, the world is interesting, the dialogue is funny, but the plot is shit. It's literally just a cop procedural mixed with Despicable Me 2.

Re-watched The Master of Disguise. Was as amusing as I remember it being.

Finally got around to watching Salt, been wanting to watch it for a while now and I can say it's easily my favourite angelina jolie film. I don't normally like action films but was pleasantly surprised how unique this one was. Had a good twist to it as well which is always nice :) I'd say a solid 8.5/10

Got round to watching that film Kingsman The secret service.
I was actually surprised how great it was, and a little surprised how quickly I fell in love with a chav... They seem to have taken things from good action films and combined it into one film. It felt fresh and original which is great. I'd easily recommend it to anyone. 9/10

For real though, the main guy is hot AF :hitit: :runaway:

I loved that film! Such a good story, love the fact that it's in Britain and the church scene was also insane!

One of my all time favourites Silence of the Lambs.

Just watched ' Life ' with Dane Dehaan and Robert Pattinson about the life of James Dean. Very slow film with not a lot of plot - but some really interesting characters and tales.

I Just watched Hardcore Henry, and it was a lot of fun. The story, while not the most original, had an interesting villain and was able to move the plot along. Of course, you don't watch Hardcore Henry for the plot, you watch it for the action, which is excellent. There's a drug-fueled nightclub rampage, an incredible parkour scene, and what is possibly the best car chase I have ever seen. However, if you can get nauseous, I wouldn't recommend seeing it in theaters. While there is very little shaky cam, there is a lot of camera movement, to the point where I saw several people leave the theater. Definitely wait for blu ray if you are worried about getting sick.

Aliens, for the second time. While it lost the well crafted horror and suspense of Alien, it's still an enjoyable action/horror film, though it is a lot more predictable. I love Sigourney Weaver in just about any setting, but she's always at her best being a badass with a flamethrower. 6.5/10

I watched A Bronx Tale last night, and I have to say its absolutely brilliant. Chazz Palminteri was incredible in it, as was Robert De Niro. Must watch for anyone who likes crime films. 9/10

I watched Django Unchained. I think that has become one of my favourite films. In my opinion, it's Tarantino's best (even better than Pulp Fiction).
